We can cover any area passed on to our office.
Q: Are your prices per car or per person?
All our prices are estimated on the nature of the car i.e. salon, executive, and the mileage of the journey. besides the airports which have all with fixed prices.
Q: How much luggage can I take?
All luggage depends on how much a car can fit.
Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?
After a booking is made, an automated email is sent to the email provided by the client and an sms to the mobile number provided. Incase of anything missing we will call back on the number provided other wise we are available 24/7.
Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?
The drivers have the contact details of the client and will be in touch them selves either via SMS or call. But if in any case not then please call on 01932-555555 for any assistance, we are available 24/7
Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
You can cancel a booking upto 4 hours before the booking time for free, after which there will be service charges of 30% charged on the total of the booking.
Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
We do keep a check on the flights landing from the details provided by the customers. All the airport pickups are sent to drivers after checking, Still in case of unforeseen delays its a 45 mins free waiting.
Q: What if I miss my flight?
It is suggestible to notify us in due time or as soon as you know so we don’t send the driver over and in that case there are no charges.
Q: What does the price include?
The journey required/booked, everything else is charged as according to the requirement.
Q: How early do I need to book?
Depending on the nature of the journey, It is suggestible to book you car at-least in 2 hours notice, so not to face any inconvenience. All Pre-Booking are entertained on priority basis, on spot booking depends on the availability.
